- Is there a free plan?
- Yes – Hobby is free forever with 2 GB of storage. No credit card required, and you can upgrade whenever your archive outgrows it.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Absolutely. Cancel in one click from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
- What happens if I reach my storage limit?
- We’ll let you know before you hit the cap. Existing albums stay accessible – you just won’t be able to upload new photos until you upgrade or free up space.
- Do clients need an account to view or download photos?
- No. Clients open a link, browse the gallery, and download – nothing to install, no sign-up.
- Do shared albums expire?
- Never. Photos stay on oto.photo as long as your account is active – no auto-deletion, no expiring links. Clients can come back to a gallery a year later and find it exactly where you left it.
- Who can see the photos I share?
- Only people with the link. Each gallery has a long, unguessable share URL and there’s no public index on oto.photo – if you don’t send the link, nobody can find the album.
- Can clients see who’s behind the gallery?
- Every photographer gets a public profile page with your bio, portfolio, and contact details at your own handle. Share the link alongside every gallery delivery or from your Instagram bio.
